Local support groups
Our local support groups have full programmes in place for 2024 with the option of delivering their events either face-to-face or online, depending on the situation and guidance when the time comes. With online meetings, you can join from anywhere. If there is an event that looks interesting and is outside your area you will be welcome to join us. Please see our online meetings page for full details of upcoming topics.
Find your local group
Our groups each have their own web page with details of their upcoming meetings and contact details. You can connect with your local group by email. Our groups do not have their own phone numbers, but you can call the ROS Volunteering and Public Engagement team if you have any questions.

The map shows the location of support groups across the UK. Groups who are currently holding meetings are marked with a blue pin. Orange pins show where we have volunteers working to set up a group, and would welcome helpers. Anyone is welcome to attend any support group meeting, you do not have to attend your nearest group, and can attend meetings by more than one group. If there isn’t a group in your area, check out our online meetings.
