ROS welcomes three new Business Ambassadors

Head office

30 May 2024

The ROS is delighted to welcome three new Business Ambassadors who have all joined the charity to help increase awareness of osteoporosis and bone health, and the issues surrounding the condition.

Our Business Ambassadors are committed and passionate individuals who generously give up their time to champion the charity, support our strategic direction and encourage others to support the ROS.

This year, we’ve been joined by Ben Atfield, a business leader with over 25 years’ experience working in Westminster and Brussels. Ben’s firm, Ellwood Atfield, is the leading boutique headhunter specialising in Public Policy and Corporate Communications.

We’ve also been joined by Anthony (‘Mac’) Mckeever, who has worked in healthcare nationally, regionally and locally for more than 40 years, with a particular focus on helping to deliver reform and improve services for patients.

Most recently we’ve also welcomed award-winning journalist and one of the UK’s leading national columnists covering economics and finance, Ruth Sunderland. Ruth has numerous big name interviews, features, investigations and campaigns under her belt and is also an accomplished broadcaster.

We’re looking forward to working with them all to break the silence around osteoporosis.
