International fashion designer Julien Macdonald OBE, announced that he has become an ambassador for the ROS in an interview with the Sunday Express this weekend.

After the success of his Royal College of Art graduation show, Julien caught the attention of Karl Lagerfield and was appointed Head Designer of Knitwear at Chanel, before launching his own label in 1997.

In 2004 Julien decided to focus on his own label and was awarded an Order of the British Empire for his services to the fashion industry. His designs have been worn by numerous international stars including Beyonce, Heidi Klum, Kim Kardashian, Rihanna, Katy Perry, Naomi Campbell, Jennifer Lopez and Taylor Swift, to name but a few.

Julien was inspired to join the fight for people with osteoporosis after meeting the-then Duchess of Cornwall in 2018, when he was invited to put together a fashion show for the ROS.
