How we celebrated Volunteers' Week 2020

Your support

05 Jun 2020

This week has been Volunteers’ Week – a special week dedicated to celebrating the generous work of volunteers, far and wide.

We spent the week celebrating our incredibly generous volunteers – without whom, many people with osteoporosis would not receive the support they need to live well.

During the week we celebrated all the amazing work ROS volunteers do to:

  • Raise vital funds to support people with osteoporosis and find a cure
  • Help the charity put the voices of people with osteoporosis at the heart of everything we do
  • Support people living with osteoporosis in their communities, through our network of local support groups
  • Raise awareness of osteoporosis, bone health, and the work of the charity

Keep scrolling to see how we celebrated on social media, and hear some of our volunteers' stories.

To our volunteers – thank you for everything you do. You are the heart and soul of the charity.

Help our specialist nurses continue to support those in need
