Hastings and Area Support Group

The Hastings and Area support group is a team of volunteers who offer people affected with osteoporosis the chance to meet other people in the area similarly affected, get information, support and ask questions about osteoporosis treatment and care.

There's no need to book and we are always happy to welcome new people to the group.

Come and Meet Each Other (CAMEO) meeting. We will be sharing our top tips for travel, so please bring along any suggestions

Thursday 6 June

“Handbags and Glad Rags”  - we will be talking about adapting clothing to suit a changing body shape, so please bring your hints and style tips
