We're here to help you

If you’ve been diagnosed with osteoporosis, or are worried about your bone health, it can be difficult to take everything in. It’s natural to be concerned about how osteoporosis might affect your life, especially if you don’t know very much about it.

That’s why we’re here – to support you.

Having osteoporosis means you’re at higher risk of breaking a bone, but there are ways to reduce this risk.

With more than 30 years of expertise and experience behind us, we're committed to helping you live well with osteoporosis.

We have information about your diagnosis, treatment options, ways to reduce your risk of breaking a bone, and where to find support when you need it.

I've been very impressed with the help I've received from the Royal Osteoporosis Society.

Since discovering the charity, I've been able to choose a better diet and lifestyle, and I've become better informed about my medication.

It's great to know I'm not alone.
