Volunteer with us
Our volunteers help the nation to enjoy better bone health and support people to live well with osteoporosis.
Our amazing volunteers are involved in a huge range of ways. You can get involved and help us to help the health of the nation:
- Looking for something that suits you? We have lots of different roles and ways to help the charity as a volunteer
- Busy? No problem! Our informal volunteering roles require no minimum time commitment
- Want to do something as a one-off? Great! We will support you every step of the way.
See our current opportunities below, read our Meet our Volunteers blog or contact our Volunteer & Public Engagement (VPE) Team to find out more.

As a volunteer, you will have access to our ROS Volunteer Hub. This is a digital space for ROS volunteers to access everything they need in one place.
If you are already a volunteer with us and have been given access to the Hub, you can access it here: Volunteer Hub
The full step by step instructions for accessing and navigating the Hub is available here: How To Guide ROS Volunteer Hub
If you have any questions that aren’t answered in the guidance document, please email: volunteerengagement@theros.org.uk
