Gardening for bone health

By getting out in the sun to sow your wildflower seeds, you’ll also be helping to look after your bones.

Did you know? It’s recommended to expose your skin to direct sunlight for around 10-20 minutes each day from April to September. The sunlight is a great source of vitamin D which helps your body absorb and use calcium and gives your bones their strength and hardness.
