Network for DXA radiographers and technicians in Scotland

SDON currently has 60 members (radiographers & DXA technicians) who carry out DXA scanning in Scotland.

The network is free to join and new members are welcome

SDON was established with the aim of:

• Facilitating the opportunity for DXA radiographers & technicians in Scotland to meet and discuss issues and share best practice relating to DXA & osteoporosis services in Scotland.

• Providing a forum for networking and discussion of Scotland specific issues. The group will also be offered education by external speakers.

• Providing a forum for supporting services and quality improvement.
