These informal social meetings provide a supportive environment for members of the Stafford community to discuss bone health, share practical tips for living with osteoporosis, and build friendships.

Atmosphere: Relaxed and peer-led.

Who it’s for: Everyone is welcome—from the newly diagnosed to long-term members.

Cost: Free to attend.

There is no need to book, and new people are always welcome, so please feel free to come along to a meeting.
