Future of osteoporosis care and Robots & artificial intelligence (AI)

This year Nottingham Support Group Volunteers are working with NIHR as the lead organisation for our Annual Medical Update.

A packed Agenda chaired by Nurses Caroline Rowe and Claire Rayson.

 

Presentations from 7pm:

Professor Praminda Caleb-Solly - Professor of Embodied Intelligence

Professor Opinda Sahota - COnsultant Physician & Honorary Professor

"Using AI to Identify Vertebral Osteoporotic Fractures"

 

Mr Elie Najjar - Consultant Spine Surgeon 

"Machine leanring to predict future fractures"

 

Dr Jacqueline Swift - Programme Manager NIHR HRC

"AI Physiotherapy to Support Patients with Osteoporosis"

 

And closing with a panel discussion.

 

Doors open and 18.15 followed by refreshments and networking. 

 

NUH have agreed to make Car park 3 free for people attending the Future of Osteoporosis Care, Nottingham AMU from 6. 00pm onwards.
