Essex Support Group - Trip to Feelgood Fitness and Wellness Centre

Aaron, the owner of Feelgood Fitness came to our last meeting at Langdon Nature Park.

He has invited us to come to the Centre to see demonstrations of the equipment and the Power Plate machines.

He will also give us a talk about exercise and his personal journey.
