ONLINE COMMUNITY

Our online community is a safe online space where people affected by osteoporosis can connect, share experiences, and support each other.

How can our Online Community help?

Living with osteoporosis can feel lonely and confusing - but it doesn't have to be. Our online community connects you with people who truly understand what you're going through. Whether you're living with osteoporosis yourself, or supporting someone else, you'll find understanding, practical advice, and genuine support.

I think that's the biggest issue I found, where I was getting a lot of anxiety and I couldn't put my mind at rest. It was overwhelming. So I think this community is great for people, including when they're struggling or newly diagnosed, to talk to someone Ian, community member

  • has concerns about their bone health
