These informal social meetings provide a supportive environment for members of the Merthyr community to discuss bone health, share practical tips for living with osteoporosis, and build friendships.
Atmosphere: Relaxed and peer-led. We are a very friendly and supportive support group.
Who it’s for: Everyone is welcome—from the newly diagnosed to long-term members.
