Online Community

Our ROS online community is a welcoming and safe space for you to share your experiences and connect with others who understand what you're going through.

How can our Online Community help?

Living with osteoporosis can feel lonely and confusing - but it doesn't have to be. Our online community connects you with people who truly understand what you're going through. Whether you're living with osteoporosis yourself, or supporting someone else, you'll find understanding, practical advice, and genuine support.

I think that's the biggest issue I found, where I was getting a lot of anxiety and I couldn't put my mind at rest. It was overwhelming. So I think this community is great for people, including when they're struggling or newly diagnosed, to talk to someone

The ROS Online Community is open to anyone aged 18 or over who:

  • has concerns about their bone health

  • is living with osteoporosis, osteopenia or the impact of fractures

  • is supporting or caring for someone with osteoporosis.

You'll find people at every stage of their osteoporosis journey - from newly diagnosed to years of experience. Whether you need practical tips for daily life, gentle reassurance, or want to support others earlier in their journey, this is your space.

Please note: While members can't provide medical advice, you'll find real-world insights from people managing osteoporosis day-to-day.
