Our guidance is developed by authoring groups which bring together the UK’s leading experts on each topic.
We regularly review our publications to ensure that the information we provide remains accurate and aligned with current clinical practice. As part of this process, clinical guidance which has not been clinically reviewed in recent years is removed from the website.
As a patient charity, we prioritise the areas where we can have the greatest impact. This means we are not currently updating these clinical materials. We are actively engaging with specialist professional societies to support them in taking on the development and stewardship of clinical guidance in the future.
