This iconic swim is back in Hyde Park on Saturday 19 September 2026.
Not only does 2026 mark 40 years of ROS, it’s also the 10th anniversary of Swim Serpentine. To celebrate, we’re inviting you to join Team ROS at this unforgettable open-water event in the heart of London.
This year we'll have a handful of 1/2 and 1-mile spaces available. One full lap of the lake 1.6km (roughly one mile), or, half the lake is 1/2 mile - you can decide what's right for you.

Your fundraiser could support people living with osteoporosis by powering life-changing research, getting people diagnosed and treated faster – so no fall ever becomes a life sentence.
It could introduce new services to help people who’ve just been diagnosed come to terms with the fear and uncertainty that they’re plunged into.
And it could make sure our specialist Helpline nurses, local support groups and expert resources exist for people feeling broken - by the pain, isolation and fear osteoporosis causes.
