How you can help

  • Help at our local public group meetings - we meet and organise four public meetings per year
  • Attend cheque presentations
  • Join us at local events with a charity stand
  • Promote Royal Osteoporosis Society appeals, like Bake for Bones
  • Champion Royal Osteoporosis Society in your community

What to expect

  • Help make a difference to people and families affected by osteoporosis
  • Be part of a valued community team
  • Invest as much time as you like
  • Three planning meetings a year, in Cosham
  • Full training is given, and expenses paid
  • A volunteer team handbook and role description
