We're part of The 2.6 Challenge
Join our team today, and raise money to help us work through this challenging period.
All you need to do is think of an activity based around the numbers 26 or 2.6, that suits your skills, and complete it on or from Sunday 26 April.
You don't have to go outside. You can do your 2.6 challenge anywhere inside too.
There are no rules
Just make sure you follow the Government guidelines on exercise and social distancing.
And use our exercise videos and fact sheets to adapt exercise and movements for osteoporosis.
Whatever you can do, you can be a part of it. The main thing is to get active, have fun and pledge whatever you can to help us be there for those who need us most.
Why The 2.6 Challenge?
Sunday 26 April was meant to be the day of the 2020 Virgin Money London Marathon. Last year, it raised £66.4 million for good causes like us.
But the coronavrus pandemic means the race has been postponed, and charities like us can't benefit from that vital source of funds.
It's not just the London Marathon... thousands more fundraising events across the UK have been cancelled. And it's estimated that UK charities will lose £4 billion because of coronavirus.
In response, event organisers have come together to launch The 2.6 Challenge. It's a simple and fun way for everyone to do their bit to help save the UK’s charities.
